F.U.Hulu

Ok Internet, what's the friggin' deal?!  So I'm a subscriber to Hulu +.  I pay the whatever it is a month, so I can see whatever I want, that is already free on Hulu anyway.  So I'm the sucker there.  But you know what is total bullshit?  I don't even know what I really pay for.  Anything I watch on Hulu + anyway, is "web only" content, which still doesn't make any sense to me, because EVERYTHING HULU OFFERS IS FROM THE DAMN INTERNET!  It shouldn't matter what you watch it on, you still have to watch it through the "web", just streaming through something else.

Regardless, I was watching my "web only" content today, when I came across this...

So essentially, what they are saying is, if you want to watch this, just buy a television subscription.  Fuck you.  I want to watch my shows, on my TV, through my device.  When I can't, I'm told to watch it at my PC.  Then, when I can't do that, I'm told, "Well, just call your cable/satellite provider to watch your shit.  Up your ass consumer."

Eat shit Hulu +.  Netflix is better anyway.

Good to see you Internet.  It's been too long.  Well as you know, I am apart of 2 great podcasts that take up a bit of my time.  The PKP Films Podcast, "In The Air", and the one myself and best friend Joel started, entitled "Off Topic".  And both of them have been a blast to be a part of.  There is also another cast that was started by a friend who now believes that he is the nemesis to PKP Films, called "RANDOM MADNESS!!".  All of these are created by very funny people, so click on the links check them out, like them on Facebook, YouTube, add them to your favorites, do whatever!

Now that I'm done whoring these out Internet, I did make a treat for you.  For the "Off Topic" podcast, we decided we needed more production value to the show, so I took it upon myself to make an intro theme.  Take a listen...





I had really had fun making this little tune, and as the show progresses, different audio clips can be swapped into the theme.  To keep up with the times that is.

Great things can happen...

Why, hello there Internet.  Boy oh boy has the past few weeks been really busy.  Not only have I had meetings with PKP Films, recorded and posted another episode of Off Topic Podcast, St. Patrick's Day weekend, throw in a potato cook-off, I ended my employment with my previous job (gracefully), and started my new job shortly after.  I get home, and I'm just beat.  If I'm even home for that matter.

Not only that, but I also proposed to my long time lover, Chelsea "Danger".  I've been wanting to do it for the longest time, and just didn't have the means to do so.  But when opportunity struck, so did I.  And for once, I feel like things are going to go my way.  My life feels like it's on track.  At least for this little bit.  I'm so happy that I can't really think of anything funny to say.

You may think I'm crazy for doing all of these stressful things all at once, but now what do I have to worry about?  She said, "Yes".

FINALLY!

So I've finally been able to get to talk to you again Internet.  It's been such a stressful couple weeks, where all I've done is run, run run, and I really haven't had time to just chat with you.  So, what's new?  What's new you ask...well I'll tell you.

As well as working on my comic project and fine tuning details here and there, I've been working on a podcast with my best friend since Kindergarten.  We've finally recorded it and it should be cut and ready to post within a couple days.  It's called OFF TOPIC.  The concept is simple, it's myself and him, along with a rotating guest, have a few drinks, have a few laughs, and just shoot the breeze about what we like and dislike about what's important to us.  Even if its not all that important.  We start at one topic and from there it just jumps from one thing to another, until you're wondering, "How did we even get to this point?"

Also the production company, PKP Films, that I'm apart of just filmed the 4th episode of Ghost Hunter Dave.  A spoof on those paranormal investigation shows that have spread like herpes on TV somewhat recently.  Well I joined the filming crew on this last venture and HOLY BUCKETS, is it gonna be entertaining.  You can check out previous episodes on their page, as well as other projects.

Also today I finally got caught up with a Christmas present for my very special lady's dad.  I was finished with this when he visited over the holiday's but he didn't have a way to take it with him without damaging it.  Here it is...

Now let me explain a little about it.  When my girlfriend "Chelsea Danger" was a wee lass, she believed her father to be a cowboy.  He would go to art shows here and there and sell these pop-guns to all the youngins in attendance.  As well as dress the part in full cow poke get-up, and really sell that he was a quick drawin', cork shootin', ruff ridin' cowboy.  He even got a big belt buckle that said POP-GUN AL on it, that he wears even to this day.

So we decided that we would memorialize that idea with a comic cover to start off stories of his grandest adventures, featuring Leonard "Whiskers" St. Elliot.  "Whiskers" is a character I came up with for a murder party I went to, and coincidentally, reprised the role when my friends shot the short film, "Murder Party".  Pop-Gun Al fell in love with that character but unfortunately, wasn't able to get him to attend our Christmas.  But at least he was there in spirit.

I was trying to post a colored version that took me all afternoon, but something went wrong with the file, so I may have to start all over.  The machines have started their take over.  STAY TUNED!

Good morning Internet.  I haven't spoken to you in a while.  I've got a new work schedule now so its been interfering with all of my plans to get creative (take over multi-verse) and show you what I've been up to.

But FEAR NOT, I do have some things I am going to share with you in the future.  Hopefully within a couple days.  Until then, I do have 2 things for you.
